- Our design team will take the manufactures original drawings and bring them to model scale. The individual jig patterns will be drawn and all deck hardware will be identified, to be constructed from the finest materials including brass, stainless steel, acrylic in our specialized workshop.
- The wood is then processed in strips for traditional plank on bulkhead construction. The deck is assembled in a similar fashion. This time consuming hand assembly process requires serious craftsmen but also ensures the finest models.
- The hull will be sanded following the natural curves expertly designed into these legendary ships. The hull is now ready to be painted. Ten coats of primer and varnish are applied using the finest materials available.
- During the hull construction the miniaturized deck parts are molded, formed, shaped, plated by our higly trained craftsman. The masts and boom are assembled with every detail recreated including the grove to raise the mainsail.
- Finally, all the components come together and deck hardware are added, lines rigged, sails raised, all according to carefully inspected "deck layout" and "rigging" drawings.
- After several quality controls, the model will be stamped with Abordage label, your guarantee of satisfaction.

Our shipping department, experts in packing, prepare your ship for its maiden voyage, once done she is ready to be shipped safely worlwide.
